Zucchini-Mushroom Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 c Water -peeled, pitted, sliced
2 tb Sugar 1 Ripe banana, peeled
2 tb Dark rum -thinly sliced on diagonal
1/4 ts Grenadine syrup (opt) 2 Lime wedges
1 Ripe mango
1/4 c Water -peeled, pitted, sliced
2 tb Sugar 1 Ripe banana, peeled

Bring water and sugar to simmer in heavy small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer syrup 1 minute. Remove from heat; mix in run and grenadine. Cover syrup and refrigerate until chilled.
Arrange mango and banana slices on 2 plates, dividing equally. Spoon syrup over fruit. Squeeze 1 lime wedge over each and serve.
