Yogurt Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Butter (or marg.); softened 1 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Sugar 1/4 ts Salt
1 Egg 1/2 c Nuts; chopped
1 ts Vanilla extract 1 c Raisin bran cereal
1 c Flour, all-purpose

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients, nuts, and cereal to creamed mixture, mixing well.
Shape dough into balls about 1" in diameter; place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Flatten with fork. Bake at 400 degrees about 10 minutes.
