White Chocolate Ribbon Fudge
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Sugar 2 oz Unsweetened chocolate square
3 tb Cornstarch -- cut-up
1/8 ts Salt 1 ts Vanilla extract
2 1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Sugar 2 oz Unsweetened chocolate square
3 tb Cornstarch -- cut-up
1/8 ts Salt 1 ts Vanilla extract
2 1/2 c Milk

2. Cook in microwave on High 7 to 9 mins, whisking every 2 mins, until mixture is cooked through, smooth, and thickened. Whisk in vanilla. Pour into 4 individual serving dishes. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent skin from forming on top. Refrigerate until cold.
NOTES : Just like pudding from a mix without the long cook times, constant stirring and scorched pans. Tested in 600-700 watt micro.
