Venison Sauces
INGREDIENTS:
10 oz Pkg frozen spinach, thawed 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
-and drained Salt, pepper, onion powder,
1/2 Box lasagne noodles, cooked -garlic powder
-and drained 1 c Grated Mozzarella cheese
2 Eggs 1 Large-ish jar prepared
1 lb (or close to it) pkg Ricotta -spaghetti sauce OR about 2
-cheese (sometimes they come -c of homemade
-that's ok)

This has pleased many meat eaters at my table. It's quite hearty.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Beat eggs. Beat in Ricotta cheese until smooth. Stir in the Parmesan and spinach. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
In loaf pan, place a thin layer of tomato sauce. Layer 1/2 each
