Upside Down Peach Cobbler
INGREDIENTS:
1 Stick of margarine 1 c Powdered suar
1 c Flour 3 c Milk
1/2 c Chopped walnuts 2 pk Instant lemon pudding
1 pk Philadelphia cream cheese 1/4 c Chopped walnuts
1 ct Cool Whip
1 Stick of margarine 1 c Powdered suar
1 c Flour 3 c Milk
1/2 c Chopped walnuts 2 pk Instant lemon pudding
1 pk Philadelphia cream cheese 1/4 c Chopped walnuts
1 ct Cool Whip
Mix the first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1 cup of Cool Whip, and powdered sugar. Spread over baked crust. Mix milk and pudding until slightly thick. Pour over top. Top with remaining Cool Whip and 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts. Chill. Randy Rigg Submitted
