Turkey-Vegetable Chili
INGREDIENTS:
2 lg Cloves,garlic,finely 3 c Sliced fresh mushrooms
-chopped -(about 8 ounces)
2 ts Vegetable oil 1 c L-inch pieces green onions
-I pound frozen peeled and -(with tops)
-deveined raw medium 1/4 c Dry white wine
-shrimp, thawed 2 c Hot cooked rice

Stir-frying makes this delicious dish especially fast and easy to prepare.
Cook garlic in oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat I minute, stirring frequently. Add shrimp; stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in mushrooms, onions and wine; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until shrimp are pink and vegetables are hot. Serve over rice.
