Tunisian Couscous With Greens
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Frozen strawberries; -=OR=- 1 pt Milk; (2 c.)
1 lb Frozen blueberries -=OR=- Ice cubes
1 lb Frozen pitted cherries 1 ts Lemon peel; grated -=OR=-
4 Egg yolks; 1 ts Orange peel grated
3 tb Powdered sugar;
1 lb Frozen strawberries; -=OR=- 1 pt Milk; (2 c.)
1 lb Frozen blueberries -=OR=- Ice cubes
1 lb Frozen pitted cherries 1 ts Lemon peel; grated -=OR=-
4 Egg yolks; 1 ts Orange peel grated
3 tb Powdered sugar;
Place frozen fruit in food processor until pureed. Place egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl; beat until fluffy. Add milk, beating until smooth. Add pureed fruit, beat until fluffy. Add milk, beating until smooth. Add pureed fruit, beat until smooth. Place 2 ice cubes in each of 4 to 6 serving glasses. Pour fruit drink into glasses. Garnish with lemon or orange peel. Serve immediately.
