INGREDIENTS:
3 Pita Breads, Split 1 lb Tofu, Pressed
Into Six Rounds 1/2 lb Fresh Mushrooms Sliced
1 1/2 c Tomato & Garlic Sauce, 1/2 c Chopped Green Pepper
Drained 1 1/2 tb Grated Parmesan
