Sweet Lasagna Blintzes - Butter Busters^
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 c Brown sugar 1 t Cinnamon
OR 3/4 c Liquid Butter Buds
1 c Brown sugar 6 ea Apples, cored
AND 3/4 c Grated nonfat Cheddar cheese
2 t Sweet 'n Low Brown 1/4 c (to 1/2) Grape Nuts
2 c Water 6 lg Flour tortillas
1 1/2 c Brown sugar 1 t Cinnamon
OR 3/4 c Liquid Butter Buds
1 c Brown sugar 6 ea Apples, cored
AND 3/4 c Grated nonfat Cheddar cheese
2 t Sweet 'n Low Brown 1/4 c (to 1/2) Grape Nuts
2 c Water 6 lg Flour tortillas
Boil sugar, water, cinnamon and liquid butter Buds for 5 minutes. Fill apples with a mixture of cheese and Grape Nuts. Rexserve 2 tablespoons Grape Nuts for topping. Place apples in tortillas stem side down. Pull edges to seal with warm water. Place in a 9 1/2 x 11" casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Pour syrup over apples Sprinkle with remaining Grape Nuts. Bake at 350F 30-40 minutes. Serve warm. These can be topped with frozen nonfat yogurt or Dream Whip.
