Sunset Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup; undi 2 tb Butter
5 oz Pimento cheese 8 oz Mushrooms and juice
3 Hard cooked eggs; chopped 2 c Cooked chicken, diced
Salt 3 tb Cream
Pepper
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup; undi 2 tb Butter
5 oz Pimento cheese 8 oz Mushrooms and juice
3 Hard cooked eggs; chopped 2 c Cooked chicken, diced

Pepper
Blend soup and cheese and heat; add eggs salt, pepper and butter. Then add mushrooms with juice and chicken. Bo not boil. Add cream shortly before serving. Serve over chinese noodles, in pastry shells or anything you prefer.
