Spinach-Grapefruit Salad
INGREDIENTS:
2 c Torn Spinach Leaves 1 ts Olive Oil
2 c Torn Red Leaf Lettuce 1 ts Water
1/4 c Thinly Sliced Radishes 1 ts Dijon Mustard
1 tb White Wine Vinegar 1 ts Honey
2 c Torn Spinach Leaves 1 ts Olive Oil
2 c Torn Red Leaf Lettuce 1 ts Water
1/4 c Thinly Sliced Radishes 1 ts Dijon Mustard
1 tb White Wine Vinegar 1 ts Honey
Combine Lettuce, Spinach Leaves & Radishes in A Large Bowl. Toss Well. Combine Vinegar, Oil, Water, Mustard & Honey. Stir Well. Drizzle Over Salad. Toss Well.
