Spinach Dip #2
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Blue cheese, crumbled Pinch dry mustard
1 c Plain yogurt Freshly ground pepper,
1 Clove garlic, finely chopped To taste
1/2 c Blue cheese, crumbled Pinch dry mustard
1 c Plain yogurt Freshly ground pepper,
1 Clove garlic, finely chopped To taste
1. Beat half the cheese with a fork in a small bowl until creamy. Stir in the yogurt, garlic, mustard and pepper. Sir in remaining cheese. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
