Spicy Artichoke Dip
INGREDIENTS:
2 md Sweet potatoes 1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 1/2 tb Vegetable oil 1/4 ts Ginger powder
1/2 ts Coriander 1 tb Soy sauce
2 md Sweet potatoes 1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 1/2 tb Vegetable oil 1/4 ts Ginger powder
1/2 ts Coriander 1 tb Soy sauce
Wash & scrub potatoes. Cut into sticks & set aside.
Mix together oil & spices. Dip the potatoes into the mixture & spread onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 400F for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring half way through cooking.
