Smoked Salmon Quesadillas
INGREDIENTS:
3 oz Cream Cheese, Softened 1 tb Lemon Juice
2 ts Mayonnaise 1/4 ts Dill Weed
4 1/4 oz Can Shrimp Pieces, Drained Sprig Parsley, Stem Removed
2 tb Mayonnaise
3 oz Cream Cheese, Softened 1 tb Lemon Juice
2 ts Mayonnaise 1/4 ts Dill Weed
4 1/4 oz Can Shrimp Pieces, Drained Sprig Parsley, Stem Removed
2 tb Mayonnaise
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender. Process until mixture is smooth. Refrigerate. Serve on crackers or snack rye bread. Yield: 3/4 Cup.
