Scratch Backs
INGREDIENTS:
1 c Cornmeal 2 tb Lard, melted
1 1/4 c Boiling water 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Cornmeal 2 tb Lard, melted
1 1/4 c Boiling water 1/2 ts Salt
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spoon batter by T onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until edges are browned.
