INGREDIENTS:

2 cn (3 3/4oz) sardines, 1/2 c "Our" sour cream
-boneless, skinless in 1 cl Garlic, minced
-water 1/4 ts Fresh lemon juice
Blend all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Makes 1 cup.

Per tablespoon: Calories: 36 Protein: 3g Carbohydrates: 1g Fat: 2g, 50%!!!!!! Sodium: 64mg Cholesterol: trace

Hey guys, I don't know about any of you, but I don't like sardines enough to consider 50% fat a good snack idea, but it's in the book so here it is.
