Rowe's Strawberry Bread
INGREDIENTS:
2 c Fresh strawberries; sliced 2 ts Cinnamon
3 c All-purpose flour; sifted 1/4 ts Nutmeg
2 c Sugar 4 Eggs; beaten
1 ts Salt 1 1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 ts Baking soda 1 c Pecans; chopped

In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, salt, soda and spices.
In a separate smaller bowl, blend eggs and oil, then gradually stir into dry ingredients alternately with strawberries. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into two greased, floured pans. Bake in preheated 350 oven 45-50 minutes.
