Rice Summer Salad


INGREDIENTS:

1/2 c Oatmeal; quick cooking 1 c Water
Recipe by: McDougall Preparation Time: 0:06 Follow the directions below, not those on the package. Use no salt. You may want to add some dried fruit during the cooking.

Place water in saucepan. Add quick oats, bring to a boil, and stir. Boil for one minute, stirring occasionally. Cover, remove from heat. Let rest a few minutes. Stir again and serve at once.
