Rice Pudding (comfort style)
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Sliced round steak. -mushrooms.
2 T Salad oil. 1/2 c Sliced green onions,1 inch
1 1/2 c Sliced celery. -pieces.
1 md Green pepper,sliced in 1 cn Beef broth(or Bullion).
-rings. 1 T Soy sauce.
1 lg Onion,thinly sliced in 1/4 c Water.
-rings. 2 T Cornstarch.
1 1/2 c Sliced fresh,or 1(6oz)can 4 c Hot cooked rice.

1 1/2 c Sliced fresh,or 1(6oz)can 4 c Hot cooked rice.
Brown meat in salad oil,add vegetables,beef broth,and soy sauce. Cover,cook over low heat 10min.or until vegetables are tender. Stir often. Combine water and cornstarch,add to meat mixture. Stir until thickened. Serve over hot rice. Serves:4-6 "Rural Montana"by RaNae Bramlett,Columbia Falls,Mt.
