Rhubarb Crumble
INGREDIENTS:
3 tb Dried chile paste 1 Lime, zest only
1/2 c Butter, softened, unsalted 1 Lime, juice only
3 tb Dried chile paste 1 Lime, zest only
1/2 c Butter, softened, unsalted 1 Lime, juice only

Fresh Cilantro
This is good on corn on the cob, warm tortillas, or just on a slice of good bread.
In a samll bowl, work the paste together with the butter. Add the lime zest and the lime juice. Turn into a small crock and garnish with the cilantro.
