Ranch Style Taco Salad
INGREDIENTS:
2 c Radishes, Thinly Sliced 2 tb Fresh Cilantro, Fine Snipped
1/2 c Onion, Chopped 2 tb Vegetable Oil
3 tb Orange Juice 1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Lime Juice 1/8 ts Pepper, Freshly Ground
2 c Radishes, Thinly Sliced 2 tb Fresh Cilantro, Fine Snipped
1/2 c Onion, Chopped 2 tb Vegetable Oil
3 tb Orange Juice 1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Lime Juice 1/8 ts Pepper, Freshly Ground
Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of relish.
