Quick Peanut Butter-Chocolate Candy
INGREDIENTS:
2 pk (10 oz) semisweet chocolate 1 cn (14 oz) sweetened condensed

ISBN 0-06-016537-5 Preparation Time: 0:13 1. In a 1-qt glass bowl, combine mint chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in microwave on High 1 1/2 mins; stir well. Heat 1 to 1 1/2 mins longer, or until mixture is smooth and chocolate is melted when stirred. Stir in vanilla.
2. Turn into a buttered 8-inch square baking pan. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, or until firm. Cut into 25 squares. Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator.
