Pumpkin Chiffon Pie
INGREDIENTS:
2 Eggs 1/2 Stick of margarine, melted
1 c Sugar 1/3 c Buttermilk
1 tb Flour, heaping 1 ts Vanilla
1 pn Salt
2 Eggs 1/2 Stick of margarine, melted
1 c Sugar 1/3 c Buttermilk
1 tb Flour, heaping 1 ts Vanilla
1 pn Salt
Mix in a small bowl in the order given with a fork. Pour into a 8 or 9 inch shallow pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted
