INGREDIENTS:

4 (1 inch) pork chops 3 Cloves garlic, minced
Peppercorns 1 Bay leaf, crushed
1/2 c Olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 c Wine vinegar 1/4 ts Dry mustard
Place all ingredients, except pork chops, in a blender. Pour over the meat, cover and chill, at least 6 hours. Grill over medium coals. Enjoy, Sheryl
