Poor Man's Pie
INGREDIENTS:
2 Boxes of instant pistachio Cool Whip
Pudding 1 c Milk
2 c Vanilla ice cream 1 Baked pie shell
2 Boxes of instant pistachio Cool Whip
Pudding 1 c Milk
2 c Vanilla ice cream 1 Baked pie shell
Mix all ingredients with mixer. Pour in a baked pie shell and top with Cool Whip, sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Randy Rigg Submitted
