Pear Cranberry Conserve
INGREDIENTS:
5 c Pared, chopped pears 1 Orange
2 Lemons 2 c Raisins
5 c Sugar
5 c Pared, chopped pears 1 Orange
2 Lemons 2 c Raisins
5 c Sugar
Remove seeds from lemons and orange. Grind pulp and rind using the coarse knife of food chopper. Combine fruits and sugar. Cook slowly, stirring frequently, until thick. Mrs. Leroy Ellis, Clarksville, OH.
