Pastry Pie Crust - Butter Busters^
INGREDIENTS:
2 t Cornstarch 1 cn (12oz) evaporateed skim milk
1/2 c Sugar 1/4 c Egg Beaters, beaten
OR 2/3 c Hershey's Chocolate syrupp
1/4 c Sugar 1 t Vanilla
AND 1 c Nonfat vanila yogurt,
3 ea Pk Sweet 'n Low -stirred
2 t Cornstarch 1 cn (12oz) evaporateed skim milk
1/2 c Sugar 1/4 c Egg Beaters, beaten
OR 2/3 c Hershey's Chocolate syrupp
1/4 c Sugar 1 t Vanilla
AND 1 c Nonfat vanila yogurt,
3 ea Pk Sweet 'n Low -stirred
In a medium saucepan, combine cornstarch and sugar. Stir in milk and Egg Beaters. Cook and stir over low heat 6-8 minutes or until mixture coats a metal spoon. Remove from heat. Add chocolate syrup and cool. Stir in vanilla and yogurt. Freeze in an ice cream freezer acccording to manufactureers directions. Per sugar serving: 160 cal., 0.4g fat (2%), 2mg chol., 0g fiber, 6g pro., 35g carb., 106mg sod. Per S&L serving: 137 cal., 29g carb.
