Pasta Pizza - Butter Busters^


INGREDIENTS:

1 ea Pk yeast 1/2 t Dried basil
1 c Warm water 1/4 t Oregano
1 t Sugar (do not use S&L in 1/2 t Dried thyme

2 1/2 c Flour 1 cn (8oz) mushroom stems and
1 t Lite salt, optional -pieces, rinsed and drained
**BASIC SAUCE** 1/4 c Chopped onion
1 cn (263/4oz) Hunt's light 1/4 c Chopped green pepper
-spaghetti sauce 1 1/2 c Grated nonfat mozzarella
1 cn (6oz) tomato paste 1/4 c Nonfat Alpine Lace or
1/2 lb Skinless white meat turkey, -Weight Watchers Parmesan
-cooked and drained -cheese
1/2 t Garlic powder
---CRUST------

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water, and sugar and let stand 10 minutes. Add remaining water, flour and salt and beat very well until dough is completely smooth. Dough will be sticky but no kneading is required. Place in a bowl that has been sprayed with Pam. cover and let rise until double, about 1 hour. Punch down, divide in half and let stand 10 minutes. dough will be very elastic. Roll out into 2 8" circles. Pizza: Place dough on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Spoon sauce on crust. Top with any combination of the above choices. Sprinkle your choice of cheese on top. Bake at 450F. 8-10 minutes.
