Pam's Cream Cheese Brownies - Butter Busters^
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz Original, lite or fat free 1 tb Oil
Western French Dressing 1 lg Green pepper, seeded and
1 cn Crushed pineapple, undrained Cut into chunks
(8 oz) 1 bn Green onions, thinly sliced
1 tb Lite soy sauce 1 ea Apple, cored and cut into
1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken Chunks (Rome Beauty apple)
Pieces, cut into strips Cooked rice
8 oz Original, lite or fat free 1 tb Oil
Western French Dressing 1 lg Green pepper, seeded and
1 cn Crushed pineapple, undrained Cut into chunks
(8 oz) 1 bn Green onions, thinly sliced
1 tb Lite soy sauce 1 ea Apple, cored and cut into
1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken Chunks (Rome Beauty apple)
Pieces, cut into strips Cooked rice
Combine Western dressing, pineapple with juice, and soy sauce; set aside. Cook chicken strips in oil over high heat, stirring constantly, until no longer pink. Add green pepper and cook for 1 minute. Stir in dressing mixture and heat. Stir in green onions and apple, but do not cook. Serve over rice.
