Pace-Setting Enchilada Casserole (89 winner)
INGREDIENTS:
1 pk Mac & Cheese Dinner 7 1/4 oz 2 tb Margarine
1 1/4 c Water 2 c Stove Top Stuffing Mix-
1 c Frozen peas, thawed Chicken flavor- in canister
4 ea Hot Dogs, sliced
1 pk Mac & Cheese Dinner 7 1/4 oz 2 tb Margarine
1 1/4 c Water 2 c Stove Top Stuffing Mix-
1 c Frozen peas, thawed Chicken flavor- in canister
4 ea Hot Dogs, sliced
Prepare Macaroni & Cheese Dinner as directed on the package. While it is cooking, in a seperate pan bring water, peas, hot dogs and margarine to a boil (Large Saucepan). Stir in Stuffing Mix; cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir stuffing mixture into Macaroni & Cheese Dinner. Serve Immediately. This is a quick and easy meal to prepare for kids (unless they are really picky about what they eat G ).
