Oven Barbecued Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lb Boneless pork chops, cut 1/2 t Paprika
-into 1/2" x 1/2" strips 1/4 t Coarsely ground black
1/2 c Water -pepper
3 md Sized onions, sliced 1/4 t Crushed red pepper
2 md Tomatoes, diced into 3/4" 1 lg Green pepper, cut into 1/4"
-cubes (or 1 pt., 16 oz., -x 1 1/2" strips
-canned tomatoes) 2 oz Feta cheese, grated
1 1/2 t Salt
1 1/2 lb Boneless pork chops, cut 1/2 t Paprika

-canned tomatoes) 2 oz Feta cheese, grated
1 1/2 t Salt
Spices can be mixed together in a cup while the pork cooks. Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil in large skillet. Add pork strips, cook over medium heat until browned, about 15 minutes. Stir frequently. Add water, onions, tomatoes, salt, paprika, black pepper and red pepper. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add green pepper, replace cover, simmer 8 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice, pasta of choice or Ramen noodles. Top each serving with feta cheese (optional). Serves 4. Submitted
