"Our" Sour Cream^
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 c Lowfat cottage cheese, 2 ea Tb fresh lemon juice
-drained 1 t No salt added Dijon Mustard
1 ea Tb apple juice concentrate 3/4 t Onion powder
2 ea Tb apple cider vinegar 1 t Low sodium soy sauce
1 ea Egg white
1 1/2 c Lowfat cottage cheese, 2 ea Tb fresh lemon juice
-drained 1 t No salt added Dijon Mustard
1 ea Tb apple juice concentrate 3/4 t Onion powder
2 ea Tb apple cider vinegar 1 t Low sodium soy sauce
1 ea Egg white
Place all ingredients in a food procesor fitted with the metal blade. Process 4 Pour into a glass container, cover and refrigerate overnight. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
