Old Fashioned Pineapple Upside Down Cake


INGREDIENTS:

1 lb Interesting pasta cooked to 1/4 c Chopped onion
-directions 1/4 c Chopped celery
2/3 c Italian salad dressing 1 sm Chopped carrot
1 tb Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the pasta, drain and cool. Mix all ingredients together, season with salt and pepper and add a little parsley, basil and any other spices you may like to taste. Chill for at least one hour.
