Old-Fashioned Microwave Chocolate Pudding
INGREDIENTS:
3 pk (12 oz) semisweet chocolate (+ 1 tbs)
3 oz Unsweetened chocolate square 40 lg Marshmallows
-- cut-up 2 c Toasted almonds; whole
1/2 c Vegetable shortening, solid

Then top with a final layer of chocolate mixture (of remaining chocolate and shortening). Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Cut or break into large pieces. Store in airtight container.
