Nacho Skillet Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
1 ts Olive oil 1/3 c Parsley, minced
2 ea Garlic cloves, minced 1 1/2 c Butter beans, cooked
1 c Onion, minced 1 tb Nutritional yeast
1/3 c Carrots, minced 1 ts Tamari
1 ts Olive oil 1/3 c Parsley, minced
2 ea Garlic cloves, minced 1 1/2 c Butter beans, cooked
1 c Onion, minced 1 tb Nutritional yeast
1/3 c Carrots, minced 1 ts Tamari
Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Saute garlic, onion, carrot & parsley for 5 minutes. Puree the beans with remaining ingredients until smooth. Add sauteed vegetables.
Transfer to an oiled decorative serving dish & refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
