My Kid's Favorite Giant Shells - Butter Busters^
INGREDIENTS:
1 ea Pk (8oz) shell macaroni 1 cn (8oz) tomato sauce
1 ea Pk (11/2oz) French's sloppy 1 c Water
-joe mix 1 cn (16oz) nonfat cottage or
1/2 lb Ground white meat skinless -ricotta cheese
-turkey, cooked and drained 1 c Grated nonfat Cheddar
1 cn (6oz) tomato paste
1 ea Pk (8oz) shell macaroni 1 cn (8oz) tomato sauce
1 ea Pk (11/2oz) French's sloppy 1 c Water
-joe mix 1 cn (16oz) nonfat cottage or
1/2 lb Ground white meat skinless -ricotta cheese
-turkey, cooked and drained 1 c Grated nonfat Cheddar
1 cn (6oz) tomato paste
Preheat oven to 350F. Cook macaroni as package directs; drain. Meanwhile, prepare seasoning mix with ground turkey, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water. In a 2 1/2-qt. casserole that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray, layer half the macaroni, half the cottage cheese and half the meat sauce; repeat. top with grated cheese. Bake uncovered 40-50 minutes or until bubbling. Per serving: 200 cal., 1.1g fat (5%), 18mg chol., 2g fiber, 19g pro., 29g carb., 676mg sod.
