Mini-Foccacia
INGREDIENTS:
1 pk (11-oz) Pillsbury
-refrigerated soft
-breadsticks
2 tb Oil
1 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
1 ts Dried rosemary leaves;
-crushed
1 ts Dried basil leaves
1 ts Instant minced onion

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray 15-inch Baking Stone with vegetable oil spray. Remove dough from package. Separate into 8 coils; DO NOT UNROLL BREADSTICKS. Place coils on Stone. Press each coil into a 4-inch circle. Drizzle with oil. Grate Pannesan cheese using Cheese Grater. In small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, rosemary, basil and onion; sprinkle over dough. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. 8 servings.
