Mexican Pizza - Butter Busters^
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb Ground skinless white meat 2 c Shredded lettuce
-turkey 1 c Chopped tomatoes
1/2 c Chopped onion 1 c Grated nonfat Cheddar cheese
1 cn (16oz) ranch pinto beans, MOCK SOUR CREAM
-undrained 1 ea Ct (8oz) nonfat cottage
1/2 c Salsa or taco sauce -cheese, drained
3 ea Whole wheat or white pita 1 ea Tb lemon juice
-breads, halved 1 ea Tb plain nonfat yogurt

For Mock Sour Cream: Blend all in blender until smooth. Set aside. Note: You can use fatfree sour cream instead.
