Maryland Crab Cakes
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1 Egg; beaten
1 tb Prepared mustard
1 tb Chopped parsley
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
Juice from 1/4 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
8 Saltine crackers; (crushed)
1 lb Lump crab meat
