Marinated Venison Steak
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Venison steak -- or
Tenderloin
Cut into 1" chunks
1/4 c Wine vinegar
1/4 c Catsup
1/4 c Cooking oil
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 Clove garlic, minced -- or
Garlic powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard
ds Or two of pepper
1 lb Venison steak -- or
Tenderloin
Cut into 1" chunks

1/4 c Catsup
1/4 c Cooking oil

Mix all ingredients together. Place meat in ziploc plastic bag, cover with marinade. Close bag and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Cut up favorite veggies (I use green, yellow, & red pepper, onion and mushrooms). Alternate veggies and meat, brush vegies with extra marinade and grill!
