Mardi Gras Blanquette De Veau
INGREDIENTS:
60 Ritz Crackers, finely
-crushed
1/4 lb Margarine, melted
1/4 c Sugar
1 cn Frozen orange juice,
-unsweetened, (6 oz.)
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
1 Container Cool Whip?, (8
-oz.)
2 sm Cans mandarin oranges,
-drained

Mix cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press mixture firmly into 9 X 13" baking dish, reserving some crumbs for garnish. Blend thawed orange juice with milk. Fold in Cool Whip and oranges; do not beat. Pour mixture over crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate or freeze until serving.
