Lunch Box Snack Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pk Cheese ravioli 1 1/2 c Basil leaves
1 c Olive oil 1/2 t Salt and pepper
3 T Finely chopped walnuts or 1/2 c Romano; grated
-pine nuts 2 Tomatoes; diced
3 cl Garlic; finely chopped

In blender, combine basil, salt, pepper, garlic, walnuts, cheese and olive oil at high speed until smooth and thin enough to run easily off spatula. Pour mixture over hot cooked ravioli, add tomatoes and serve.
