Lower Fat Meat Loaf
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Canned green peas; rinsed
-with cool water for 2
-minutes and drained
2 tb Low-fat mayonnaise
1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 md Avocado; peeled, pitted,
-slightly mashed
1/2 c Tomato; chopped
1/4 c Onion; finely chopped
1 tb Salsa
1/4 ts Garlic salt
1/4 ts Chili powder

In a food processor, blend peas, mayonnaise and lemon juice until ultra-
smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Season to taste. Serve with baked tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups.
