Low-fat tortilla chips


INGREDIENTS:

1 lb Ground Beef; 1 tb Chili powder;
-(chicken or turkey) 2 c Crushed tortilla chips;
12 oz (1 jar) chunky salsa; -divided
1 c Sweet corn; 2 c (8-oz) jack cheese;
3/4 c Mayonnaise; (low-fat/cal) -(low-fat/cal)
Heat oven to 350 F. Brown meat and drain. Stir in salsa, corn, mayonnaise and chili powder. Layer 1/2 mixture, chips, and cheese in 2 quart casserole. Repeat layers. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato if desired. Serves 6.
