Low-Calorie Saucy Cubed Steak
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 c Vinegar
1/4 c Oil
1/2 c Chicken consomme or broth
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Paprika
1/8 ts Curry powder
1/8 ts Mustard powder
1/8 ts Garlic powder
1/4 c Vinegar

Combine all ingredients. Shake well before using. Will keep for 4 to 6 weeks in the refrigerator. Calories: 33 per Tablespoon. Yield: 1 cup.
