INGREDIENTS:

1 md Onion chopped 3/4 c Barbeque sauce
1 md Green pepper chopped x Buns, rolls, corn bread -
3 c Cooked brown rice What ever you'd like to put
2 16 oz. cans Mexican style Underneath
Pinto beans
Saute onions and green peppers until tender crisp. Add rice, beans, and barbeque sauce. Simmer 10-15 minutes until heated through. Serve over your choice of rolls/bread.
