Jim's Jerky


INGREDIENTS:

1/2 c Fresh lemon juice 1/2 c Cider vinegar
1/2 c Ketchup 2 t Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c Sugar 1 t Hot pepper sauce
1 t Cornstarch 1/2 c Prepared horseradish
Make a slurry of the lemon juice, vinegar and cornstarch; add it to a sauce pan with the Worcestershire, sugar and pepper sauce. Bring just to a boil. Lower heat immediately and simmer 10 min. Remove from heat and stir in the horseradish. Use as a BBQ sauce or chill and use as a condiment with cold sliced roast meats . Submitted
