Jewish Apple Cake (2)
INGREDIENTS:
2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
4 lg Eggs
1/3 c Orange juice
1 c Vegetable oil
2 ts Vanilla extract
3 tb Baking powder
5 Apples
2 ts Cinnamon
2 ts Sugar
2 c Flour

OVEN: 350. Grease and flour a 10-
inch tube or bundt pan.
Combine the above ingredients and beat at medium speed for 10 minutes. Peel and slice 4 to 5 apples in a bowl and add 2 teaspoons each of cinnamon and sugar.
Layer half of the batter in pan, then add apples, then the rest of the batter.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
