Jamaican Jerked Pork Tenderloins
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Ranch dressing
1 ts Allspice
Few drops hot pepper sauce
1/4 ts Curry powder
1/4 c Garlic powder
2 Green onions chopped
2 Boneless skinless chicken
-breasts (up to 3)

Mix all ingred. except chicken in shallow pan. Marinate chicken in the sauce at least 30 min. Broil 3-4 min turn, broil the other side 3-4 min, turn, repeat until done (depending on how thick the chicken is, may take 10-20 min), basting with the marinade left in the pan. We usually serve it with rice and peas.
