Jackfish Lodge: Crispy-Fried Pickerel
INGREDIENTS:
1 Jar stuffed green olives
1 c Flour
1 ds Tabasco sauce
3/4 Stick of butter
1 Jar Kraft Old English Cheese

This is a great little appetizer recipe. I made them this year for Christmas and New Year's -
everyone loved them!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cheese spread, butter and flour. Add Tabasco. make small round pieces of mixture and wrap around olives and form into a ball. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Bake 15-20 minutes and serve hot. I make these ahead of time and freeze them. Then, when ready to serve, I just take them right from the freezer and put them on a baking sheet and into the oven!
